The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with modern facilities, although there was a bit of a delay during check-in. The service is top-notch with amiable and helpful staff. The location is perfect for easy access to public transportation and surrounded by good bars and restaurants, despite being in a busy party area. The dining experience offers a good selection of food, although some aspects may not be appealing. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot in Sukhumvit with plenty of bars nearby, perfect for those looking to enjoy the party scene in central Bangkok. The rooms, while having touch devices as advertised in my booking, varied in prices and required housekeeping attention after a delay upon return. Service towards foreign guests was outstanding, especially assistance with bags and negotiating taxi fares. The location is bustling and convenient, close to the train station for easy exploration. Dining offerings were varied, with a mix of European and Asian cuisine.

The hotel is all pros for me with very spacious rooms at level 24, which is great for a long stay, even though it was a bit pricey for Bangkok. The service was top-notch, especially the accommodating and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist with all our family needs.

Even though the rooms were relatively small and cramped compared to other hotels I've stayed in, the hotel provided a comfortable king-size bed following an overnight flight. The service, especially from concierge Lokasunder Lukmhoo, was exceptional and they were always kind and attentive. The location was convenient, close to the BTS train station for easy exploration, but the walk back from the subway felt a bit unsafe. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of international dishes available. Overall, a good value for money stay with minor room size issues.
